Warranty Policy

1. The company is responsible for replacing products if the wrong model is shipped to the customer, compared to what was ordered.
2. The company is responsible for replacing defective, damaged, or non-functional products caused by manufacturing errors. Upon receiving the product, the customer must inspect it thoroughly. If you wish to exchange or return the product, please notify us within 5 days after receiving the item. If more than 5 days have passed since the receiving the product, the company reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or returns under all circumstances.
3. The company will take responsibility for the return of products. We offer a return service, or you can send the item back to the company yourself. We will cover the shipping costs based on the actual shipping payment.
4. The product being returned must be in its original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and user manuals.
5. The process of changing the product will be completed within 30 business days from the date the company receives the product. In case of a product that has already been used, if it is damaged or no longer functional, the company will assess whether it meets the conditions outlined in number 2.
6. If it does not meet the above criteria, it will be considered a repair item. The company will assess the condition and the extent of damage, then provide a quotation for consideration before proceeding with the repair.
7. The repair duration depends on the condition and nature of the damage to the product.
8. The warranty terms for the product are based on the ORGALIM S 2022 sales agreement.

Exceptions for Not Accepting Returns/Exchanges
