How to order

1. Log in and select the desired products
- Choose the products and quantities you wish, then add to your cart.
- Once you have selected all the items you need, go to the cart page by clicking on "Order/Generate Quotation" from the cart on the side.
**For the product that has no price, you can only generate the quotation. Then the company will contact you back within 3-5 business days.**

2. Place the Order
- Review the product type, specifications, and quantities to ensure they are correct.
- Once everything is confirmed, click the "Place Order" button.

3. Enter Shipping and Tax Invoice Information
- Fill in the correct and complete shipping address and details. If you have an existing account with us, your information will be auto-filled. Please feel free to make any change if necessary.
- If you have a discount code, enter the code and click the "Apply Code" button to use it.
- Accept the terms and conditions, then click the "Submit Order" button. You will receive an order number and a confirmation email with the details sent to the email address that you provided.

4. Payment
- Payment can only be made via bank transfer.

5. Check Order Status
- Once payment is successfully completed, if the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
- You can check the status of your order by entering the order number in the search box on the Order Status page.

Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available for Bangkok and suburban areas.
- For deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas, longer delivery times may apply, and additional handling fees will be charged. After placing your order, please do not make the payment immediately. We will contact you with further details. We apologize for any inconvenience.
