Quotation
1. Log in and select the desired products
- Choose the products and quantities you wish, then add to your cart.
- Once you have selected all the items you need, go to the cart page by clicking on "Order/Generate Quotation" from the cart on the side.
**For the product that has no price, you can only generate the quotation. Then the company will contact you back within 3-5 business days.**
2. Convert to Quotation
- Review the product type, specifications, and quantities to ensure they are correct.
- Once everything is confirmed, click the "Generate Quotation" button.
3. Enter Information for Quotation
- Fill in the correct and complete shipping address and details. If you have an existing account with us, your information will be auto-filled. Please feel free to make any change if necessary.
- Accept the terms and conditions, then click the "Generate Quotation" button. You will receive a quotation number and be able to download the quotation as a PDF.
**The quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of creation. If it exceeds 30 days, please request a new quotation.**
4. Convert Quotation to Order
- On the quotation page, click the "Convert to Order" button.
- Once clicked, the system will proceed to the order page, and you can continue with the payment process as usual.
